10:00 - 11:00 | Gritty Games: Mayan Puluc/Bul (All Ages)
Learn about this historic Mesoamerican game and how to play it, then create your own board to take home! Taught by Mistress Mor the Merry. The game is open to all, but the Make & Take is limited to the first 10 participants.

10:00 - 3:00 | Poetry Polenta Pudding (All Ages)
Poets, young and old, can flex their creativity with a list of words provided throughout the day. Use all the words to craft your poem; the best in each age category will win the top tamale!

10:00 - 3:00 | Rhymes with Relish: Sweet and Savory (All Ages)
Submit two poems—one sweet and one savory—in any style or cultural tradition. The poems will be displayed all day, and prizes will be awarded for the best in each category. Rhyming is optional!

10:00 - 3:00 | Nitty Gritty A&S Display (All Ages)
Bring your A&S projects to display for the populace to enjoy and vote on with tokens. Participants are encouraged to bring personal largesse to distribute to entrants. A prize will be awarded to the overall winner.

11:00 | Trebuchet Assembly, Presentation, and Demonstration (All Ages)

Bring small things to fling (cabbages, little pumpkins)

11:00 - 1:00 | Corny Cuisine Competition (All Ages)
Showcase your culinary skills with any dish featuring corn/maize from any SCA period or culture. Documentation is encouraged but not required. Entries will be split into Sweet and Savory categories, with the populace voting on their favorites. Serving utensils and limited electricity for crock pots will be available. Find inspiration here.

 1:00 | Harvest Dance (All Ages)

Kick up your heels and dance English Playford dances that everyone can do. Taught and played by Baron Simon de Spaldyng.  

1:00 - 2:00 | Corn Husk Doll Class (All Ages)
Learn to make a traditional corn husk doll in this hands-on, make-and-take class. Parents are encouraged to assist their children with the use of water and scissors.

2:00 - 3:00 | Gritty Games: Aztec Patolli (All Ages)
Discover the history and gameplay of the ancient Mesoamerican game, Aztec Patolli, then craft your own board to take home! Led by Mistress Mor the Merry. The class is open to all, but the Make & Take is limited to the first 10 participants.

2:00 - 3:00 | "Corns" Against Nobility (Age 18+)

 Come play Crowns Amongst Nobility, an SCA parody of Cards Against Humanity created by Duchess Yasamin (Stephanie Skaff) and Duke Garick (John Chamberlin). This is an 18+ adults only card game. Taught by Lord Ælfyn of Crowland.

Make corn cobs from pony beads while listening to ancient stories.

3:00 - 4:00 | Bardic Circle of A-MAIZE-ment (All Ages)
Bring your best bardic performances! Extra largesse will be given for performances related to food. Hosted by Baron Simon de Spaldyng and Baroness Elizabeth de Spaldyng.
